PCI Practitioner Programme
Who should attend?
This 2 day public programme is for those project and change managers who are looking to successfully implement major changes in their organisation but are hitting barriers such as poor sponsorship, low commitment and employee resistance.
Overview
The PCI Practitioners Programme prepares project and change managers to plan and implement major change initiatives in their organisation using the PCI methodology and the e-change application.
Over the course of the programme, you will work on an live change project from your own organisation, apply the PCI tools, research and methodology to the project, so that you can immediately apply the change implementation plans when you return to work. Due to the participative nature of the programme, you can expect and benefit from input, feedback and coaching from experienced change executives and fellow participants.
