Clare Hayward

Clare manages Changefirst’s internal ITC infrastructure and processes that drives our online services portfolio.  Clare is tasked with maintaining and enhancing our web platform, IT systems and software packages, managing any 3rd party relationships required to continue the development our web-based solutions.  Clare also manages the day-to-day delivery of key projects to make more of our Practitioner Resources available online.

Clare read Politics at the University of Essex and then went on to complete her Masters in War Studies at Kings College London, concentrating on international security, war and psychiatry. 

She is season ticket holder at Arsenal F.C. and has interests in current affairs, UK politics, music and technology.
