Successful change implementation: PCI and innovation
We changed the format of our newsletter this month and have been monitoring the success of the approach. There is one thing that stands out as an overwhelming success – which is an article by Dave Goldberg of the Creativity Cooker on our PCI change methodology and innovation. The article itself was of primary interest to our existing clients but I also wanted to post it here because I think it has relevance for a wider audience too.
We are also pleased for two reasons. Firstly for Dave who put the time and effort into creating the piece in the first place. Much appreciated – Dave. And secondly because it is in line with our plan to include guest content in our communications where we can.
